1. About this policy

SBA Outreach Assistant ("SBA Outreach Assistant", "we", "us", or "our") provides a business outreach workspace that helps users organize prospects and manage outreach activities. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the website or application.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide business and prospect information, account information, outreach content, and other information needed to operate your workspace.

3. Google and Gmail data

If you choose to connect a Google account, SBA Outreach Assistant requests access to Google data through Google's OAuth authorization process. The application uses only the Google data and permissions necessary for the Gmail features you authorize.

Depending on the permissions enabled in the application, this may include your Google account identity information and Gmail data needed to perform authorized email-related actions. The exact permissions requested are displayed by Google during authorization.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated purposes. Google user data is used only to provide the functionality for which you authorize the application and as otherwise permitted by applicable Google API policies.

organize and manage prospect and outreach information;
perform Gmail actions that you authorize and request;
maintain application security and reliability; and
respond to support requests.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to host, secure, operate, or maintain the application, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

SBA Outreach Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of the service through the application's available support channel.

9. Revoking Google access

You can revoke the application's Google account access through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future OAuth-authorized access, although information previously stored by the application may require a separate deletion request.

10. Children's privacy

SBA Outreach Assistant is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
