SBA Outreach Assistant is a business outreach workspace designed to help users organize prospects and manage authorized outreach activities, including Gmail-related actions when a user connects and authorizes a Google account.
3. Your responsibilities
- the accuracy and legality of information you enter;
- using the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms;
- obtaining any permissions required to contact your prospects; and
- protecting access to your account and connected services.
4. Gmail and third-party services
Gmail and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies. When you connect Gmail, you authorize SBA Outreach Assistant to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you approve through Google's authorization flow.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use SBA Outreach Assistant for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party services, or activity that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, or communications laws.
6. Intellectual property
The SBA Outreach Assistant name, website design, software, and associated materials are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be copied or redistributed without authorization.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. You are responsible for reviewing outreach content and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable requirements.
